Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. This is all completed under secure encrypted conditions. You will be notified as you enter secure pages and a gold padlock will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.

We accept most major credit and debit card payments.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to post.

Back ordered items are not charged until they are in stock and ready for posting.

Shipping And Handling For orders to addresses within the U.K. Postage and Packing will be based on the weight of the consignment. Postage within the U.K. will be free of charge on orders over £150. This DOES NOT include The Channel Islands.

Postage and Packing on other items of higher value/weight will be quoted on that specific item for U.K. delivery only. This DOES NOT include The Channel Islands.

For international shipping please select your preferred option. Postage and Packing on other items of higher value/weight will be quoted on that specific item, please e-mail your request and we will calculate cost relevent to that item.

For orders to the Channel Islands, please phone or email first for a quote.

Delivery Schedule We will attend to your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your order in 5 working days . For international orders we will estimate the delivery time based on the order size and destination.

At Christmas we will close one week before and one week after ( a total of two weeks). No orders will be sent out in this period.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you if possible. You will always be emailed with the information on availability of the item/s you have requested and any estimated waiting period - this will vary depending on the maker/supplier. You may cancel your order if a delay is not suitable.

Tax Charges V.A.T is chargeable (currently 20%) and inclusive of the prices without exception.

To supply any EU country or Channel Islands without V.A.T you must firstly be a V.A.T Registered business in your country and secondly supply us with your Registered V.A.T number.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. After the transaction is complete all details are erased for security. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee As the glass we sell is mainly from hand-made sources, small bubbles or light tooling marks may be evident depending on the maker and the occasional piece may have a large black blob melted into the item which is quite normal. This is where moulton glass is drizzled over the pieces to create the black lines and has to start and end somewhere. The glassware is created and decorated by several different artists, hence there will be a variation in the styles and colouring. The images on this website are for illustration purposes only therefore the ordered items MAY NOT have the exact same colouring, shape or patterns.
